We had a very enjoyable one-night stay where the host warmly welcomed us to a gorgeous building, and we stayed in an apartment with a master bedroom.

We got great value for our money at Il Cerro in Arezzo. The room was modern, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was fine and the staff, especially Alessio, were helpful and friendly.

Breakfast items could have been improved with more variety and options.

The shower deserves a perfect 10/10 rating, and the beds were incredibly comfortable and cozy. Communication with the owner for self-check-in was excellent. The apartment also features a charming garden and outdoor space. our stay at il Cerro was like stepping into a romantic Tuscan dream. It was the perfect vacation in a stunning location. The hosts were kind, hospitable, and extremely responsive to our every need. We felt right at home and it was a pleasure to meet them and be their guests. The recently renovated house had all the amenities we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Without a doubt, il Cerro is a jaw-dropping location that exceeded all of our expectations.

Noisy bed frame.

The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming, with beautiful vintage furniture and cozy seating areas. As a senior woman, I felt very comfortable and welcomed in these spaces, which were designed with attention to detail and offered a warm and inviting ambiance. The accessibility for senior people was also excellent, with easy-to-navigate hallways, handrails in strategic places, and elevators available for those who have difficulty with stairs. It was a pleasure to navigate around the hotel and enjoy its lovely decor.

It would have been even better if there were more activities or amenities specifically tailored for senior guests. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, it would have been nice to have some organized events or social gatherings that catered to the interests and needs of older individuals.
